By using After Class, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms define the rules and expectations for using our platform. Please read them carefully before booking activities or using any of our services.

  • User Eligibility: Users must be 10-17 years old or have parental approval to use the platform. 
  • Booking Policy: Once an activity is booked, cancellation policies vary by provider. 
  • Payment & Refunds: Payments are made via credits or direct payments. Refunds are at the provider’s discretion 
  • Provider Responsibilities: All activity providers must meet safety and quality standards. 
  • User Conduct: Users agree to respectful behavior when attending activities. 
  • Class Availability: Activity schedules may change due to unforeseen circumstances. 
  • Membership Pause & Cancellation: Users may pause or cancel memberships as per our membership policy. 
  • Platform Use: After Class reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services when necessary.

  1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of After Class ("we," "us," "our") and apply to all users, including teens, parents, and activity providers. By accessing or using After Class, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. 

  1. Eligibility & User Accounts
  • Users must be between 10-17 years old or have explicit parental approval. 
  • Parents may create and manage accounts on behalf of their teenagers. 
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must not share them with others. 
  • If we detect unauthorized use or suspicious activity, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account. 
  1. Booking & Payment Policies

Booking Activities 

  • Users can browse and book activities using credits or direct payments. 
  • Each provider sets their own rules and availability for activities. 
  • Some activities may require pre-registration or have limited spots. 

Payment & Refunds 

  • Payments are made through credits or direct transactions. 
  • Refund policies are determined by each provider. Users should review provider policies before booking. 
  • In case of cancellations, refunds are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated by the provider. 
  • Free activities still require a checkout process for proper registration. 
  1. Activity Providers
  • All providers must meet quality, safety, and legal requirements. 
  • Providers are responsible for keeping schedules accurate and notifying users of changes or cancellations. 
  • Any violation of safety or service standards may lead to suspension from the platform. 
  1. User Responsibilities & Conduct

All users agree to: Respect instructors, fellow participants, and activity providers. 
Follow the rules and guidelines set by activity providers. 
Notify providers in advance if they cannot attend a booked session. 

  • Users may not: 
  • Engage in disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful behavior. 
  • Use the platform for unauthorized commercial activity. 
  • Share personal login details with others. 

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in account suspension or permanent removal from After Class. 

  1. Membership Pause & Cancellation
  • Users may pause their membership for a limited time, subject to approval. 
  • Cancellations can be processed via account settings or by contacting customer support. 
  • Refunds for canceled memberships are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy. 
  1. Platform Changes & Service Interruptions

After Class reserves the right to: 

  • Modify or update features to improve the user experience. 
  • Suspend, discontinue, or limit access due to maintenance, security risks, or legal reasons. 

We will strive to notify users in advance of any major changes, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. 

  1. Disclaimers & Liability
  • After Class acts as a facilitator, connecting users with activity providers. 
  • We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or availability of any activity listed on the platform. 
  • Users participate at their own risk, and After Class is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses related to booked activities. 
  1. Data & Privacy

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using After Class, you agree to our data collection and processing practices. 

  1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. 
  • Any disputes shall first attempt to be resolved informally. If unresolved, legal action must be taken in the appropriate Swedish courts.
